1. The service

Droop (PHPin24 (Pty) Ltd) provides web-push notification delivery. You (the account holder) are the Responsible Party for the personal information of your end-users; we act as your Operator and process on your documented instructions.

2. Your obligations (Acceptable Use)

• Obtain provable, freely-given opt-in consent before sending notifications (POPIA s69 / Form 4 or substantially similar; GDPR/ePrivacy where applicable). Keep records of consent.
• Never upload, buy, or use third-party / purchased contact lists.
• Identify yourself in every message and provide an easy, free opt-out.
• Do not use deceptive permission prompts, fake system messages, phishing, malware, or sensitive-category targeting.
• Keep frequency reasonable and content relevant; comply with Apple, Google and Chrome notification policies (which we pass through to you).

3. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, generate abuse complaints, or put our upstream access (browser push services) at risk.

4. Liability

You are responsible for the content you send and for your compliance with applicable law. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
